Norway supports matchmaking between Sri Lankan and Norwegian businesses

Norway supports a Match Making Programme (MMP), where we assist Sri Lankan and Norwegian businesses to identify good partners, to enhance business cooperation between the two countries.

The Sri Lanka – Norway Matchmaking Programme started in 1994. As a result about 60 joint ventures and trade collaborations are now in operation. The collaborations are found in different fields, but boat and glass fibre manufacturing, data outsourcing and garments representing the most active sectors at the moment.
