With effect from Monday 08 June 2009, Schengen Visa application forms and checklists for required additional documentation can be collected from the Schengen Visa Application Centre at No. 120A, Havelock Road, Colombo 5.
Appointments and submittance of applications has to be done directly towards the Embassy as priviously (see here).
